Certified traditional crafts master Laima, at her homestead “Grikucis” located on the banks of the Merkys River, offers not only warm hospitality and all the pleasures of rural tourism but also meaningful, hands-on experiences. Visitors can learn about the journey of buckwheat from field to table, try their hand at preparing traditional Dzūkian dishes, forage for medicinal herbs, practice wool felting, and carve wooden spoons.
