Vila Perloja has a large spacious yard, new wooden buildings with spacious terraces for sitting. Nearby there is a pond, several gazebos and a volleyball court.
In front of the villa is the Merkis River with a hanging bridge nearby, which you can use to go to the village of Perloja. Perloja has its own unique history with beautiful views, a monument to Vytautas the Great, a church and a museum. Near the homestead are the ethnographic forests of the Dzūkija National Park, the Čepkeliai Reserve and the eternally bubbling Ūlos akis and other places of interest. There is an opportunity to swim and fish near the rapid Merkys River.
